gives us the opportunity to step outside of the pressures
of every day life and discover ways to enter the stillness
and create peace within. We don’t have to sit
cross-legged on the floor! I teach more dynamic forms
of meditation, so that we can take the state of meditation
into everyday life and into everything that we do.
Meditation
allows us space to breathe and connect with our bodies,
it helps us to stay centred, healthy and in charge
of our lives.

mantras, contemplation, and visualisation all designed
to help you to enter the Sacred Silence and access
inner peace.

life and a 6-week course can have enormous benefits

at peace even within the chaos that is every day life!
